NOTE TO DOCTORAL STUDENTS:

In order to receive financial aid for summer I and summer II, you must actually be registered and be billed for both semesters. If you are
enrolled in a class that begins in summer I and ends in summer II, but you only have a bill for one semester, then you will only receive
financial assistance for one semester. If you have any questions regarding this situation, please contact our office and ask to speak to your financial aid counselor.
