I understand that submission of an event request form does not automatically guarantee that an event will be included in the Weeks of Welcome schedule. All event submissions will be reviewed by the Weeks of Welcome staff to determine eligibility for publication. Please note that if your event is approved, submission of this form does not serve as a ground reservation request. All ground reservation requests must be made online through AXES.
